- 8 Hours on-site on your wedding day
- Up to 3 hours of consultation regarding your planning (Vision, Board, color scheme, theme & style).
- Unlimited calls and emails, phone questions, and advice throughout planning process
- Referral to reputable vendors, questions to ask vendors and advice regarding contracts.
- Wedding Itinerary Management
- Wedding Day emergency kit
- Supervise and coordinate and oversee all day of deliveries and set up
- Follow up calls and/or emails to your selected vendors
- Floor plan and logistics chart for contracted vendors
- Provide revised task list after meeting
- Final Consultation to confirm all wedding details, a week before wedding
- Assistance with ceremony rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
- Handle any discrepancies, last minute details, bridal party issues or tardy vendors as needed
- Helping wedding party get into place and ready to walk down the aisle
- Provide personal assistance to the Bride and Groom and Bridal Party
- Secure all gifts and personal items for Newly Weds and are given to the right designated person
- Full payment required at contract signing
